Aviation fuel refueling unit

The unit for aviation fuels has been designed as a complete device for loading or unloading aircraft tanks with aviation fuel type JET-A1 etc. It is a pump and volumetric flow meter system built within a stainless steel housing.

The measuring system has been metrologically assessed according to the MID directive. Aviation fuel unit is equipped with a stainless steel reel with a discharge hose, the length and diameter of which are tailored to the individual requirements of the customer. The unit is also equipped with a filter - a monitor that absorbs water from the fuel and an additive dispenser to prevent water crystallization in aviation fuel.

The unit is additionally equipped with equipment for taking fuel samples before and after the filtration process. Depending on the needs, the volumetric flow meter can be equipped with a mechanical or electronic recorder.

If an electronic or mechanical head with a pulse generator is used, it is possible to connect the device with a system of cashless customer service and access control using proximity cards and data archiving. The device can be mounted on the frame as a system with tanks, depending on the customer's requirements.
